New ICPSR Search Capabilities

This webinar gives an overview of the new search capabilities available on the ICPSR Web site. The new search contains several improvements, including the ability to better refine search results, and to search through the text of study documentation and variables. The session is presented by Matthew Richardson of ICPSR’s Web team.

New Cross-Tabs Feature for Roper iPoll
Cross-tabs are now available in Roper Center iPOLL. iPOLL Databank now offers demographic cross-tabulations for over 50,000 questions asked in the US since 2000. The group data is integrated directly into iPOLL and is presented automatically with the question results wherever available. Look for a blue and green star and click on RoperExplorer!

2011 ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods of Social Research
ICPSR offers summer lectures and workshops on a wide variety of topics in research design, quantitative reasoning, statistical methods, and data processing. Most session are in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but sessions have been added in: Amherst, MA; Bloomington, IN; Chapel Hill, NC; and (for the first time) Berkeley, CA.
