Responsible Data Use Essay by Boston College faculty

Boston College faculty member, Sam Ransbotham , Carroll School of Management Associate Professor of Information Systems, presented an essay  for the MIT Sloan Management Review on "The Ethics of Wielding an Analytical Hammer" . The piece drew comments in the Boston Globe "Sunday M.B.A.", entitled "When is too much data a bad thing?"
